Refund and Returns Policy

SALT & STONEU wants you to be comfortable with every order placed through thesaltandstone.onlines-shop.com.

Returns window

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened personal-care products (deodorant, wash, mist, oil, cream, lotion) can be returned if less than one-third of the contents have been used and the request is made within 30 days. Gift sets must come back with all pieces.

How to start a return

Email orders@thesaltandstone.onlines-shop.com with your order number and the items you want to send back. We will reply with a return label or a drop-off instruction. Refunds go to the original payment method after we inspect the parcel, usually within ten business days of receipt.

What we cannot take back

We cannot accept returns on final-sale clearances marked as such, or items that are damaged by misuse. If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the carton and write to us within seven days so we can replace it.

Shipping charges

Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the return is our error or a defect. Return postage is the customer’s unless we sent the wrong item.
